You decide what to share
Most pages are here for you to read privately. If a form asks for details, it should be clear what they are for.
Privacy
Periods, pelvic pain and endometriosis can feel personal. We want the Health Hub to feel safe to use, with clear choices about what you share and why.
You can read the main information pages without creating an account. We aim to keep public resources simple to access and avoid asking for personal details unless they are needed for a specific form, download or request.

Health information can be sensitive, so we avoid collecting unnecessary medical detail wherever possible.
When you share information, we aim to explain how it may be used and what will happen next.
Some forms may ask for contact details, such as your name or email address, so we can reply, send resources or understand interest in a service. School resource forms may ask about your role or setting so we can support educators better.
We do not need you to share deeply personal medical history to use the public information on this site.
If you use preparation tools or Luma, the aim is to help you organise your thoughts, ask clearer questions and find useful resources. These tools should not ask for more personal information than they need.
Please avoid sharing anything that feels too private unless a form clearly explains why it is needed and you are comfortable providing it.
Young people should be able to learn from the Health Hub without feeling exposed or embarrassed. If you are young and want to ask something personal or worrying, it can help to speak to a trusted adult, school nurse, GP or doctor.
If you are unsure about what to share, or you want to ask how your information is used, please contact Lady Talk Matters before submitting a form. We want privacy information to be understandable, not hidden in complicated language.
